C.1917 Optometric Device

This Optometric device dates from around 1917 and has all the lenses intact and all parts move with ease. Very cool object and possibly still can be applied to use. Object is made of brass and is painted with a nice black crackle paint. Lenses turn and rotate and have the numbering systems on them.
