This chart is used to check astigmatism. It is printed on heavy plastic board with dark raised printed black lines. Made by Madeline Surgical Co. NY. This piece has instructions for use imprinted on the back and has two hanger loops fixed to the board for easy mounting. The pattern is minimal and beautiful. Measures: 15" x 15"
