1920's Shock Therapy Machine

This lovely 1920's Shock Therapy Machine also known as the 'Violet Ray' is in excellent working condition. I had a collector come in with this piece and she had never fired it up. I was always curious about these and I always thought they looked great with their hand blown attachments. I plugged it in and got an amazing electrical bolt come out and zap the shit out of me. I had the machine on high and let me tell you it does work! You can vary the degree of 'therapy' you would like via the little knob on the side of the box. We turned it on low and zapped our fingers and it was amusing and left a nice tingle on the fingers.  Included with this kit are various pamphlets and 'how to' manual type literature. After reading it for a while you start to think that this can be a rather kinky device. We are speculating on this--if it is true my employee is right in call it 'next level shit'. Comes in a handsome caring case with five attachments. Two of these don't seem to fit in the upper lid but all pieces work. Measures: 12" x 8" x 5.5" H
