Early 1900's Steel Worker Booms

 A very early set of C.1900's (hard to find)  American steel worker booms. These high weight bearing pieces of equipment are made to withstand the heavy lifting of iron equipment or pieces of machinery when repairing large machines. Many times they are used to lift and switch out parts and the towers telescope via a pin system and can reach a height of almost 14". As shown these pieces are a little over 7' H. They are mounted on very heavy wood planks with steel wheels. Bases also have slots to accommodate a lift truck system to move the heavy load. These make a very unique display or can be adapted to convert them to book shelves, clothing display racks, large light poles, etc. Sold as a set.
