Large 1963 Celestial Globe

This  globe is quite a beautiful piece. Globe shows different constellations in relation to the earth. Inside the transparent celestial sphere is a clear globe of earth. There is a nice elaborate structure that has a moon that shows earth, moon and celestial positions. Knobs are well aged and look great. Piece is marked 1963 with date and other celestial information. Piece has a small impact chip on the opening used to access the earth. I was going to smooth it out, but because of the nature of the globe the chip (1" approximate)  is not all that apparent when viewed. Globe comes on an acrylic stand with compass and globe has a 13" diameter.
